she looks beautiful except with such a close shot, you can see that the makeup artist "colored outside the lines" for her lips..
If that isn't perfect skin, I don't know what is...

I believe the lips are done intentionally by the make up artist to give model a fuller and juicier lips. It's a very common technique used on models.
