Shu Pei is cute. Like Liu Wen, I think she has that gorgeous, relatable, regular girl "look"..which suits shoot like this.
Has she ever done high fashion stuff? I would love to see any if she had done some..because only then we can see her versatility. Like Liu Wen too, she looks best "natural", but edgy make up doesnt work on them because the face is gorgeous but no super strong that it will never be outdone by the styling.

I saw some of these in Glamour march 2009. Hmm, never thought vogue and glamour would share same image.

she was in the Dior and show Spring 2009 and is an Ohne Titel regular.

She is still developing, i think her management is taking it nice and slow with this one. She doesn't possess the maturity of Liu yet.

lovin this girl!

my god, i just reread what i wrote and I totally didnt make sense in the last paragraph.

What I meant by that was, not all models are created the same - all are gorgeous in their own way, but some looks sharper and stronger than others. Some are regular girl gorgeous. Some are edgy. Some are classic beauty. Some are regal beauty. So many categories. But versatily really depends on how their face would be able to take different hairstyles, and make up. I feel Liu Wen and Shu Pei falls in the gorgeous "regular" girl category and natural make up is best. Liu Wen cannot be the face of Galliano or Gaultier..but she's the perfect girl for Calvin Klein, DKNY, Gap, and more. Each parties have different clients to satisfy. So no model is a better model really, it really depends on what the client is looking for to reflect the seasonal mood.
