Du Juan Editorial for Vogue China, October 2009

Du Juan looks great as usual but the overall editorial was kind of BLAH! The only shot I liked is photo #3 with Du Juan wearing Prada waders and shorts standing in front of an oil refinery.

i love du juan. i think she looks fantastic and she is a great representation for Chinese models. But does vogue china has to use her from issue to issue? I understand she is the "it" thing right now, it would be nice to see other Chinese models doing vogue as well.

i have to say, for this editorial, du is the only one versatile enough to do it. look at that sweet face in the first pic and then the rocked out ones in the 90's and 2000's...

  11. oh I love their use of Prada...

FND: each pic is in reference to a time period, if you look on the side they have the years written out.

I'm in love with this Vogue China shoot! Looks sharp yet dreamy and like something straight out of a Wong Kar-wai film! :)
